Sejarah.Apologiku.Com - The Hindu-Buddhist kingdom spread across several Southeast Asian countries. These kingdoms had their respective heydays and even became a strategic place as a trading center in Southeast Asia.

The kingdoms are as follows:

1. Kingdom of Funan in Kampuchea (100-613 AD).

Chenla Kingdom
This maritime empire was centered in Vyadhapura, which belonged to the province of Kompong Thom. In its heyday, the territory of this kingdom reached Laos and Vietnam. The Chenla Kingdom was under attack from Java (Syailendra Kingdom) so that the center of the kingdom moved to the interior.

3. Kingdom of Champa in Vietnam (600 - 900 AD).

4. Dvaravati Kingdom in Thailand (600 - 1000 AD).

5. Khmer Empire in Kampuchea (800-1200 AD).

Kingdom Of Khmer
The kingdom was centered in Angkor, north of Phnom Penh. Like Dvaravati, the Khmer were an agrarian empire. This kingdom emerged as the third largest kingdom after Majapahit and Srivijaya. In its heyday, the territory of this kingdom included Myanmar and Indo China.

6. Pagan Empire in Myanmar (1000 - 1200 AD).

Pagan Kingdom
The kingdom was centered in Pagan, north of Yangoon, on the banks of the Irwadi river. Due to its remote location in the interior, Pagan was an agrarian kingdom. In its heyday, this kingdom ruled the territory of Myanmar. This kingdom collapsed by the attack of the Mongol troops under the orders of Kublai Khan.
